At Axial Dynamics, our MDR’s are created automatically, which is made possible by our paperless manufacturing environment.  Traditionally, MDRs are compiled manually and represent a major paper shuffle, with plenty of opportunities for incorrect, or incomplete data to be presented to the end user.  Because our MDR’s are created automatically, from electronic records, we drastically reduce the chance of errors or missing information in the MDR.
