At Axial Dynamics, all of our NDT is directly integrated into our Paperless Manufacturing Environment, including our Hydro-Testing.  We have custom built Hydro-Testing equipment that interfaces with our manufacturing software.

When a Hydro-Test is specified, the details of the test are entered and setup when the job is processed.  Then, during manufacture, our software automatically prompts for the Hydro-Testing requirement to be carried out, and captures an electronic pressure graph for the entire duration of the Test.  This graph is automatically included in our Manufacturers Data Report (MDR), giving you complete confidence that the test was satisfactory performed as specified.
